1. Who runs this site

This is the site of Habrá poesía, trade name of Sara Díaz Teba, a destination wedding planning agency in Seville, Spain. Contact: siempre@habrapoesia.com. If you need additional identification details for a legitimate specific reason, email us and we'll provide them directly.

2. Accepting this notice

By using this site or submitting the contact form, you accept this notice. We may update it at any time; the version published on this page always governs.

3. External links

If this site links to third-party services, we are not responsible for their content or their own privacy practices.

4. Intellectual property

The text, photography and visual identity of this site belong to Sara Díaz Teba (holder of Habrá poesía) or their respective authors (see the photo credits below). Don't reuse them without permission. The photographs of Sara Díaz (all of them except those in the "Weddings in Seville" section, which have free licences) and her logo are our property: they may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, modified or used, in digital or printed form, without prior written authorisation. They carry a watermark with the logo, which must not be removed or altered. If you would like to use an image, write to siempre@habrapoesia.com.

Photo credits. The photographs in the "Weddings in Seville" section come from freely licensed sources and are credited below. CC BY-SA licences require crediting the author and keeping the same licence on copies or adaptations of that specific image (this does not affect the rest of the site):

Public-domain works. The reproductions of Signing the Register (Edmund Blair Leighton, 1920; Bristol Museum & Art Gallery) and The Wedding Morning (John Henry Frederick Bacon, 1892; Lady Lever Art Gallery), and the excerpt from Rima IV by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, are public-domain works. The images come from Wikimedia Commons: Leighton and Bacon.

5. Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Booking your date involves a specific contract and, where applicable, a deposit — terms agreed individually with you before any financial commitment. Submitting the contact form, by itself, creates no charge.

6. Privacy — what data we collect and why

Data controller: Sara Díaz Teba, contact siempre@habrapoesia.com.

What we collect when you submit the contact form: name, email or phone (at least one of the two) and any free text you send us. Separately, if you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics collects aggregated, anonymized browsing data (pages viewed, approximate location, device) — see section 8.

WhatsApp: if you message us through the WhatsApp button, we process your phone number and the content of your messages only to reply to you about your wedding. The messaging service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms and privacy policy, and it only starts when you press the button and send a message; this site loads nothing from WhatsApp beforehand.

Newsletter: if you check the corresponding box on the form, we keep your email to send you content about weddings and Andalusia. It's optional and separate from the rest — you can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself or by writing to us.

What it's used for: form data, only to reply about your wedding and understand if we're a good fit — never for any other purpose, and never shared or sold to third parties. The newsletter, only for the content you agreed to receive. Analytics data, only to understand how many people visit the site and from where.

Legal basis: your explicit consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, when separately checking the newsletter box; and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you make yourself.

Where it's stored: on our own infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (European Union, Ireland region).

Data processors: Amazon Web Services (infrastructure); ImprovMX (technical email forwarding of the notification to siempre@habrapoesia.com); Google (Google Analytics, only after you accept the cookie notice — see section 8). None of them use your data for their own purposes or share it with any additional third party.

How long we keep it: for as long as the relationship or interest in working together lasts, and at most 24 months from your last interaction if there's no reply. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.

International transfers: form data is stored in the European Union. Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies, may process data in the United States with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

If you become a client: we process your contract and invoicing data to provide the service (basis: performance of the contract) and to meet tax and commercial obligations (basis: legal obligation), and we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods the law requires.

Wedding photographs: we only publish images showing people with their consent and, for minors, with that of their parents or guardians. You can ask us to remove an image by writing to siempre@habrapoesia.com.

Visitors from outside the European Union: we apply the same safeguards (those of the GDPR) to everyone who visits this site, wherever you live. Your data is stored in the European Union (Ireland). If the law of your country gives you additional rights over your data, write to us and we will take them into account.

Minors and security: this site is not aimed at children under 14. We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and limit access to data to what is necessary.

Your rights: you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent, by emailing siempre@habrapoesia.com. We handle it directly, no intermediaries. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Should any dispute reach that point, Spanish courts have jurisdiction, unless the law imposes another forum (for example, the consumer's place of residence).

8. Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit this site and how. It only activates after you accept cookies, never before, and you can reject them as easily as you accept them. No advertising, no social media pixels, no selling data to third parties. Google's cookies may involve data processing in the United States (see section 6).
