I’ve spent years as part of the team behind big events in Seville: conferences, exhibitions like Titanic and the Fernando Lara Prize, by Editorial Planeta, one of Spain’s best-known publishers. Even so, planning my own wedding from Germany took more work than I’d imagined. I know what it feels like to marry in Spain from abroad: choosing a venue you’ve never set foot in, deciphering the paperwork, and that nagging doubt about whether everything will turn out at least as good as you imagined. That’s why we are your feet, your hands and your senses in Seville. It’s what we do best.

Why “Habrá poesía”
“¡Habrá poesía!” (“There will be poetry!”) is the refrain of Rima IV by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, a poet born in Seville. As long as there are eyes that mirror the eyes that look at them, there will be poetry. Our work is to make your wedding one.

- One month of preparation: review of contracts, vendors and agreed terms
- Preliminary meetings with the vendors you have already chosen
- Final day timeline, shared with every vendor
- Rehearsal before the wedding
- Coordination of vendors and staff during the wedding, with timekeeping and handling of the unexpected
- Support for the couple and the family throughout the day

Full Wedding Design and Artistic Direction
For couples who want to hand over the whole wedding, especially from abroad, and have it be entirely theirs.
Scope of service
- Design of the wedding around your vision, with artistic direction: style, palette, atmosphere and personal oversight of the most special details
- Venue and vendor search and selection
- Vendor management and continuous follow-up, with your sign-off on each decision
- Menu tastings, also if you live abroad
- Bus transport for guests and the couple
- Guidance on the paperwork to marry in Spain
- Full coordination on the wedding day
Prices exclude VAT. You contract and pay each vendor directly. Extras and special requests outside what is described are quoted separately. After the first call, you’ll have a closed price for everything.
